Try making these super yummy and easy Graham Balls! You can even make extra income with this so learn about our sample costing as well. Watch the video here and see full recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack or 200 grams (7 oz) crushed grahams
  • 1 cup combination of all-purpose cream and condensed milk
  • 15 to 16 pcs regular marshmallows

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Preparing the ingredients-set aside about ⅛ of the crushed grahams for our coating later.

-in a bowl, pour in both the all purpose cream and condensed milk.

-Mix until both are well incorporated, then set aside.

  2. Preparing the graham mixture-in a large bowl, pour in the crushed grahams.

-now, pour in the cream/milk mixture a little bit at a time and mix.

-Continue until the consistency becomes like clay that can be molded into shapes.

**(make sure not to overpour the cream/milk mixture, because you won’t be able to shape it if it’s too much.)

-if you can now mold it, then the graham mixture is done.

  3. Making the graham balls-take about  1 tbsp of the graham mixture, then shape it into a ball.

-flatten it, and put a marshmallow in the middle.

-shape it back into a ball with the marshmallow inside.

-coat the graham ball with the separated crushed grahams.

-finish shaping the rest of the graham mixture.

    Tips:

-you can also use other coatings like sprinkles, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, or chocolate.

-you can also chill it in the refrigerator first. It makes the texture much more chewy.

Try making these super yummy and healthy Kalabasa Bread! You can even make extra income with this so learn about our sample costing as well. Watch the video here and see full recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup (205 grams) squash or kalabasa, mashed
  • 1 cup (120 grams or 4.25 oz) all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup (150 grams or 5.25 oz) white sugar
  • ½ tsp (2.4 grams) baking soda
  • 1 tsp (4 grams) baking powder
  • 1 tsp (2.64 grams) cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup (250 ml or 8 fl oz) light olive oil or pomace, or vegetable oil (don’t use extra virgin)
  • 2 eggs

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Preparing the Kalabasa:

-Cook Kalabasa in boiling water until soft. Once cooked, remove from water and let it cool.

-Mash the Kalabasa then set aside.

  2. Preparing the dry ingredients:

-In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and powder, and cinnamon together.

-Once it’s evenly mixed, set aside.

  3. Preparing the batter:

-In a large bowl, put in the mashed kalabasa, oil, and eggs, then mix it well.

-Add in the dry ingredient mixture, then continue to mix until everything is evenly incorporated.

  4. Baking:

-Prepare the baking pan of choice, then coat it with oil or butter and sprinkle it with flour. This is to prevent the bread from sticking to the pan.

-Pour in the batter evenly on the baking pan, then put it in a preheated oven at 175 degrees celsius and bake for about 50 minutes.

-You can do the toothpick test to check if the bread is done. Just poke the bread with a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean, it’s done.

  5. Serving:

-Remove the pan from the oven and let the bread cool off for about 15 minutes.

-Transfer the bread to a plate, then slice and serve.
