INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 kg Dulong (Silver / White Fish)
- 1 pc egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking oil, for frying
HOW TO COOK:
- In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients (except the cooking oil) together to make the fish patty.
- Refrigerate the patty for at least 1 hour for the batter to come together and for easy handling.
- Take about half a cup and form into a ball.
- Flatten the patty and do the same for the whole batch.
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- Pan fry the patties in batches until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a plate with paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve with steamed white rice with ketchup or vinegar as dipping sauce. Enjoy!
