INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pcs tilapia fillets
- 1 cup tausi (salted black beans), rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp garlic chili sauce (try homemade)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:

First, wash the tilapia fillet then pat dry.

Lightly season the tilapia with salt and pepper.

Pour and heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add- in the tilapia and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until nicely seared but not fully cooked.

Arrange the cooked tilapia in a single layer on a lightly greased baking dish. Set aside.

Meanwhile, combine the tausi, garlic chili sauce, soy sauce, and water in a sauce pan.

Heat and bring to a boil, stirring regularly, and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.

Pour mixture over the tilapia.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a 375 F or 190 C oven for about 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and sauce is reduced.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
