INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large squids, cleaned and ink sacks removed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 medium yellow onion, minced
- 2 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Rub 1 tsp salt on the squid and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- Heat- up the grill and grill the squid for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the grill and let it cool.
- Chop the squid into small pieces.
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- Saute the garlic, onion, and ginger.
- Add- in the chopped squid.
- Stir and then cook for 1 minute.
- Add- in the garlic powder, salt, and soy sauce.
- Stir and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and you may garnish with crushed chicharon and chopped scallions.
- Serve with calamansi and soy sauce. Enjoy!
