INGREDIENTS:
- 1 & ½ lbs fresh miki noodles
- 1 tsp beef powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 2 cups vegetable oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Combine beef powder, garlic powder, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Rub this mixture on the miki noodles and make sure that all sides are coated.
- Arrange the noodles in a wide tray without overlapping each other.
- Let the noodles dry under direct sunlight for 1 day.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and deep fry the dried noodles until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and drip excess oil.
- Serve with spiced vinegar. Enjoy!
Note: If you are sun- drying the miki noodles outside your house, cover them with a clean screen or cheese cloth to protect it from insects.
