INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
- ¼ cup tausi (salted black beans), liquid discarded
- ½ cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch diluted in 4 tsp water
- ¾ cup water
- 1 medium yellow onion, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- When the oil is hot enough, saute the garlic and onion.
- Cook until the onion becomes soft.
- Add- in the pork slices then cook for 1 minute.
- Put- in the tausi, oyster sauce, and parsley then stir and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour- in the water.
- Cover the pan and let the water boil.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes (add more water if needed).
- Pour- in cornstarch diluted in water.
- Sprinkle some ground black pepper then stir.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
