INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs of pork meat (semi-fatty)
- 5 tbsp white vinegar
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
HOW TO COOK:
- Start by slicing the pork thinly.
- In a bowl, put and mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Add- in the pork and soak/ marinate in the mixture overnight.
- Dry out in a warm oven or out in the sun.
- Heat cooking oil and fry the pork in a pan.
- Serve with boiled white rice. Enjoy!
