INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs leftover pork adobo
- 1 cup lechon sauce
- 1 tsp granulated white sugar
- ½ cup water
HOW TO COOK:
- In a cooking pot, place and heat the leftover pork adobo.
- Add the lechon sauce, sugar, and water, stir, cover and cook in low heat for 20 minutes.
- Stir after every 5 minutes and add more water if the sauce is getting too thick.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
