INGREDIENTS:

- 4 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 & 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups thin coconut milk
- Latik, for topping (see homemade latik here)
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together (except latik) until well combined.
- Grease a round cake pan with a non- stick cooking spray or brush with oil.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased pan.
- Place in a steamer and steam for 20 to 30 minutes in medium heat.
- Prepare the banana leaves by greasing with the oil from the latik.
- Transfer the Kakanin Lansong into the banana leaves and top with latik. Enjoy!
