INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups all- purpose flour
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 cans (14 oz each), sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup softened butter (room temperature)
- 4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 & 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup warm water
- yellow food coloring
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Start by pre- heating the oven to 190 C or 374 F.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine the sugar, salt, cream of tartar, and soft butter then blend for 4 mins at lowest speed.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all- purpose flour, cake flour, and baking powder then stir.
- In another bowl, combine the vanilla, water, yellow food colour. and condensed milk then stir.
- In large mixing bow, combine all three mixtures along with oil and mix until it forms a smooth batter.
- Grease muffin cups and fill with 1/2 cup of the batter
- Bake for 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake center comes out clean.
- When the muffin is almost done, turn off the oven and partially open the oven door for another 5 minutes before taking out the muffins.
- Let it cool and transfer to serving plate. Enjoy!
