INGREDIENTS:
- 20 pcs medium- sized whole white mushrooms, cleaned
- 4 cups cooking oil
For the Batter:
- 3/4 cup all- purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pc raw egg
- 1 cup water
- 3 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
HOW TO COOK:
- In a large bowl, combine all the batter ingredients and mix well using a wire whisk then set aside.
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a deep pot.
- Dip the mushroom in the batter, and then deep fry in medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until the color turns medium to golden brown.
- Remove from the cooking pot and place in a plate lined with paper towels (to absorb the excess oil).
- Serve with ranch dressing. Enjoy!
