INGREDIENTS:
- 6 inch flour tortillas
- 200 g tilapia fillet, cut into 1- inch pieces
- 1 & 1/2 limes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 3/4 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp cooking coil
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a bowl, juice the limes.
- Stir- in the mayonnaise and chili powder into the lime juice.
- Transfer half of the sauce to another bowl; toss fish in it.
- Set aside the remaining sauce.
- Pour and heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour and salt.
- Toss- in the fish in flour mixture.
- Fry the breaded fish for about 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Drain the fish on paper towels.
- Warm the tortillas in paper towels by heating in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Top tortillas with fish, cabbage, and carrots.
- Drizzle with remaining lime sauce. Enjoy!
