INGREDIENTS:
- 6 pcs eggs, hard- boiled
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp white sugar
- ½ tsp dry mustard powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a bowl, put- in the hard boiled eggs (shelled).
- Mash the eggs using a fork.
- Add- in the mayonnaise, sugar, mustard powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the ingredients together until well blended.
- Add- in the sweet pickle relish.
- Fold once more until the pickles blends with the other ingredients.
- Transfer into a fridge- safe container.
- You can start consuming now or store in a refrigerator for later.
- Spread over your favorite slice of bread or pandesal.
