INGREDIENTS:
- 10 pcs chicken fillet
- 10 slices sweet ham
- 10 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all- purpose flour
- 10 pcs lumpia wrapper
- 1 cup evaporated milk (optional)
- 1 cup bread crumbs (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Canola oil, for frying
HOW TO COOK:
- In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs and milk then mix well.
- Pound the chicken meat using a meat pounder then season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange ham and cheese strips over the meat and roll the meat.
- Dip meat in the egg mixture then dredge in flour and then dip again in egg mixture.
- Brush the spring roll wrapper with egg mixture then place chicken roll on top.
- Wrap and roll the wrapper then seal the edges with a bit of water.
- Dip again each roll in egg mixture then roll in bread crumbs.
- Repeat the procedures for remaining pieces.
- Pour and heat oil in deep pan then fry each roll for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel then serve with dip. Enjoy!
