INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cups edam cheese (queso de bola) or cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup grilled pimiento pepper, minced (you can also use bottled pimiento)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- ½ tsp granulated white sugar
- A pinch of salt
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, edam or cheddar cheese, sugar, and salt then mix well.
- Add the pimiento pepper and then stir until all the ingredients are properly distributed.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate or consume the cheese pimiento spread right away.
- Spread over favorite slice of bread, crackers, or pandesal. Enjoy!
