Cheese Pimiento Sandwich Spread Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cups edam cheese (queso de bola) or cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ cup grilled pimiento pepper, minced (you can also use bottled pimiento)
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp granulated white sugar
  • A pinch of salt

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, edam or cheddar cheese, sugar, and salt then mix well.
  2. Add the pimiento pepper and then stir until all the ingredients are properly distributed.
  3. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate or consume the cheese pimiento spread right away.
  4. Spread over favorite slice of bread, crackers, or pandesal. Enjoy!
