Brownies With Walnuts Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz unsweetened chocolate chunks (or chips)
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 & ⅓ cups all- purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 & ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 2 pcs raw eggs

HOW TO COOK:

  1. First, let’s melt the chocolate. Place the chocolate chunks/ chips in a bowl over a saucepan with boiling water.
  2. In a bowl, whisk- in the eggs then gradually add- in the granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Whisk- in the softened butter then continue mixing.
  4. Add- in the melted chocolate then mix again.
  5. Put- in the baking powder and salt then mix until fully distributed.
  6. Add- in the flour gradually while mixing.
  7. Pour- in the vanilla extract and coffee then mix until every ingredient is well incorporated.
  8. Fold- in the chopped walnuts.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350 F or 177 C.
  10. Pour the chocolate mixture on a 9 x 13 greased baking pan then bake for 19 to 22 minutes (or until it passes the toothpick test).
  11. Remove from the oven and allow the temperature to cool down.
  12. Slice into smaller pieces then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
