Banana Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup banana, mashed (not plantain bananas)
  • 2 pieces raw eggs
  • 1 & ½ cups all- purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup cooking oil

HOW TO COOK:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Add in the other ingredients: eggs, mashed bananas, cooking oil, and vanilla essence.
  4. Mix well with the dry ingredients until a batter is formed.
  5. Grease a loaf pan and pour- in the batter mixture.
  6. Preheat oven at 350 F or 177 C.
  7. Bake the batter mixture for 1 hour or until it passes toothpick test.
  8. Remove the loaf pan from the oven then allow to cool down for a few minutes.
  9. Transfer the banana bread to a serving plate.
  10. You may put the bread in the fridge to cool or serve immediately. Slice and enjoy!
