INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large- sized kamote, peeled and cut into slices
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp cayenne powder
- 4 tbsp olive oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Combine the kamote and cornstarch in a large bowl then stir to coat evenly.
- Strain to remove excess cornstarch.
- In a separate bowl, combine the kamote, olive oil, cayenne, and salt then toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange in greased baking sheet then bake in a preheated oven over 400 F or 205 C for 15 minutes then turn each side and bake for another 15 minutes (or until both sides are browned).
- Turn off the heat then let it cool inside the oven for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
