INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large bunch of kangkong leaves
- ¼ lb fried pork (try: Tulapho)
- 5 tbsp coconut vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 tbsp bagoong/ alamang
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- In a large wok or pan, pour- in and heat the oil.
- When the oil is hot enough, add- in the garlic and cook until brown.
- Stir- in the onion and continue to cook until soft.
- Add- in the fried pork and saute for a few minutes.
- Stir- in the bagoong/ alamang.
- Pour- in the vinegar and let it boil then stir.
- Pour- in the soy sauce then stir.
- Add- in the kangkong leaves then toss.
- Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
- Toss and make sure that all ingredients are well blended.
- Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
