INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bunch kangkong (water spinach), separate leaves and chop stalks (1″ in length)
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ⅛ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 head garlic, crushed and chopped
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toasted garlic, for topping
HOW TO COOK:
- Start heating a cooking pot and pour- in the cooking oil.
- When the oil is hot enough, add- in the garlic and cook until brown.
- Pour- in the soy sauce, vinegar, and water in the cooking pot and let it boil.
- Add- in the chopped kangkong stalks and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper then stir.
- Add- in the kangkong leaves and gently stir to mix with the other ingredients.
- Cook this for 30 seconds.
- Transfer to a serving plate and top with toasted garlic. Enjoy!
