Egg Salad is one of the simplest side dish or palaman you can make. I guess you probably know how to make one already, like c’mon it’s not rocket science. BUT still, I just wanted to share this recipe with you. The proportions will help you arrive at a perfectly sweet, salty taste.

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 (10–minute) hard boiled eggs (11 minutes if out of refrigerator)
- ½ cup red sweet onions, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 & ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup fresh basil, cut into strips
HOW TO MAKE:
- After the boiling eggs, chill in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel off the shells.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve on bread or toast or have it as a side dish.
