INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (12oz) tuna chunks in water
- 1 medium tomato, cubed
- ½ cup scallions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
- 1 & ¼ cups water
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- Once the oil is hot enough, saute the garlic, onion, and tomato until soft.
- Add- in the tuna (including the water from the can) and stir.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour the water into the pan and let it boil.
- Beat the egg and then pour into the pan.
- Let it cook for a few minutes until it starts to form then stir.
- Add ground black pepper and the scallions then cook for 2 more minutes.
- Pour the fish sauce into the pan.
- Add more water if you prefer.
- Remove from heat and transfer into a serving plate. Serve and enjoy!
