INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack round crackers (brand of choice)
- 1 can (6 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp onion, minced
- 2 tsp celery, minced
- 1 tsp superfine mustard powder
- 1 dash of ground black pepper
- 1 dash of salt
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a bowl, combine tuna, onion, and celery.
- Mix all the ingredients together using a spoon.
- Add the mayonnaise and mustard powder and continue mixing.
- At this point taste the mixture and add salt and pepper if needed.
- Make sure that all ingredients are well blended.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the crackers by lining them in a flat surface.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and top over crackers.
- Serve and enjoy!
