INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs pork chops
- ¾ cup light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
HOW TO COOK:
- Combine and stir together the soy sauce, sugar, ginger powder, garlic powder, sesame oil, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl.
- Put- in the pork chops and marinate for 3 hours or overnight. Reserve marinade.
- Heat- up the grill, and then grill both sides of the marinated pork chops.
- Flip the sides every 2 to 3 minutes to avoid burning and baste with the marinade.
- Remove from grill and transfer to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
