INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pcs big bell pepper, cut the top and remove the seeds
- 1/4 kg ground pork
- 1 pc medium sized white onion, minced
- 3 pcs tomatoes, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup cooked rice
- 4 tbsp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a large pot, boil water with salt enough to cover the bell pepper.
- Put the bell pepper on the boiling water then let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove bell pepper from pot, drain, and sprinkle inside with salt then set aside.
- In a pan, saute the onions and ground pork until browned.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add- in cooked rice, worcestershire sauce and parsley.
- Stir cook until well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan and cheddar cheese.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the cooked pork mixture and top with remaining cheese.
- Cook in preheated oven at 350 F or 175 C for 30 minutes or until cheese melted.
- Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!
