INGREDIENTS:
- 24 oz grated cassava
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup shredded quick melt cheese
- 5 cups water (for steaming)
HOW TO COOK:
- In a cooking pot, pour- in the water and let it boil.
- In a large bowl, combine grated cassava, coconut milk, butter, eggs, and condensed milk.
- Mix all ingredients well using a wire whisk.
- Pour the cassava mixture into individual molds.
- Arrange the molds in a steamer and steam the cassava cake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the molds with cassava cake from the steamer and let it cool down.
- Gently separate the cassava cake from the mold then arrange on a plate.
- Top with the shredded cheese. Serve and enjoy!
