INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup vinegar (mixed with 2 cups pork blood)
- 1 cup pork small intestines, cleaned, boiled, and cut crosswise (in 1 cm lengths)
- 1 cup pork lungs, cleaned, boiled, and cut into small cubes
- ½ cup pork liver, cleaned, boiled, and cut into small cubes
- 2 tsp slice tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced banana heart
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp sliced onion
- 1 tsp sliced ginger
- 2 & ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup olasiman stems and leaves (optional)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil (or fat)
HOW TO COOK:
- In a pot, boil the pork intestines and lungs until tender or for about 30 minutes.
- In another pot, sauté the garlic, onion, ginger, and tomatoes.
- Add- in the intestines, lungs, liver, and banana heart.
- Add- in the well- mixed vinegar and blood mixture and bring to a boil without stirring for about 15 minutes.
- Add- in salt then stir and add the olasiman.
- Cook 5 minutes longer. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot. Enjoy!
