INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pcs potatoes, cleaned (you have option to peel or not)
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 cups cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible.
- Place in an open container
- Add the water in the container to soak the potatoes (you may add additional water if needed).
- Add the salt and stir to completely dilute it in water.
- Let the potatoes soak for at least 2 hours.
- Add the cooking oil in a deep pan and heat it.
- Deep fry the potatoes until the color turns golden brown and the texture become crispy.
- Remove from the deep pan and place in a container lined with paper towels.
- Add a dash of salt as needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
