INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pcs boneless pork chops
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp all- purpose flour
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded (side dish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¾ cups cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Start by rubbing some salt and pepper on the pork chops and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan.
- Coat the pork chops with flour and then dip in the beaten egg mixture.
- Coat the pork chop with Panko bread crumbs until all sides are completely coated.
- Fry one side of the pork chop in low to medium heat until the color turns golden brown (about 6 to 9 minutes).
- Flip to cook the other side.
- Cut into strips.
- Arrange Tonkatsu in a serving plate with shredded cabbage and Tonkatsu sauce. Enjoy!
