Pork Hamonado is a Filipino dish where in the pork is cooked in pineapple juice and soy sauce. From the main ingredients itself, you could already tell that it is a combination of sweet and salty taste.
Although this dish is pretty straightforward, I have seen a lot of variety when it comes to the final output. Some have sauce, some have don’t; I think this is probably due to the cooking process involved.
The following recipe would result to a tender meat with a rich thick sauce that I’m sure you’ll love. Take note of the cooking process. This would be quite tricky for some but the end result would definitely be worth the try.
