INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs spaghetti pasta
- 1 lb ground pork
- 6 oz luncheon meat, minced
- 4 pcs hotdogs
- 35 oz Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 & ½ cups beef broth
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Cook the Spaghetti pasta according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, drain then transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.
- Once hot enough, saute the onion and garlic.
- Once the onions becomes soft, add the ground pork.
- Cook pork until the color turns light brown.
- Add- in the luncheon meat and hotdog.
- Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour- in the spaghetti sauce and beef broth then stir and let it boil.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Taste the sauce then add salt and pepper if needed.
- Pour the over the Spaghetti then top with the shredded cheese. Mix and eat. Enjoy!
