INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb miki noodles
- ¼ lb grilled pork belly, sliced
- 2 pcs boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sherry
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a wok.
- Add- in the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add- in the pork belly then stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add- in the sherry and onions then cook until onions becomes soft.
- Add- in the salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oyster sauce then stir and cook for 6 to 8 minutes (add a little water if necessary).
- Add- in the cabbage and carrots then cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add- in the miki noodles then stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Turn off heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
