Paksiw Na Dilis Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g dilis, cleaned and discard heads
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 cloves garlic, pounded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 thumb- sized ginger, sliced and pounded
  • 3 pcs siling haba, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp cooking oil

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Arrange the dilis, garlic, onion, ginger, salt ,and black pepper in a pan.
  2. Pour- in the water, vinegar, cooking oil, and siling haba.
  3. Cover the pan and simmer in a medium heat for 10 minutes or until almost dry and done.
  4. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
