INGREDIENTS:
- 600 g pork, minced
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup potatoes, chopped
- ½ cup green peas
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 & ½ cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pot.
- Sauté the garlic and onions until onions are soft.
- Add the minced pork and mix until brown.
- Add the chicken stock, tomato paste, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, potatoes, carrots, and bay leaves.
- Bring it to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the green peas, raisins, and bell pepper then simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
