INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups Pili nuts, ground (you can use food processor)
- Whole Pili nuts, for topping
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
HOW TO COOK:
- In a sauce pan, combine all the ingredients.
- Apply heat and cook until thick.
- Scoop with spoon or molder and place in a greased baking sheet.
- Add Pili nuts on top.
- Brush tops with beaten egg yolk.
- Preheat the oven at 375 F or 190 C.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
