INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg kamote, grated
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup young coconut, grated
- 1 cup powdered pilit (malagkit)
- ¾ cup sugar
- Banana leaves
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a pot, cook the grated kamote with coconut milk and sugar.
- Remove from heat then add the young coconut and powdered pilit (malagkit).
- Mix well and wrap the mixture in banana leaves.
- Place in a steamer and steam for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove from steamer and serve. Enjoy!
