INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg kamote (sweet potato), cut into short strips
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup milk (or water)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- Oil, for frying
HOW TO COOK:
- Combine the flour, sugar, salt and milk in a bowl then mix well.
- Dip the kamote strips until well coated.
- Pour and heat enough oil in a deep pan.
- Deep fry the coated kamote strips until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain, sprinkle with sugar, then serve. Enjoy!
