INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole fried tilapia
- 12 pcs string beans, cut into 2 inch length
- 4 pcs eggplant, halved
- 8 pcs okra
- 1 medium ampalaya, cored and sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, wedged
- 1 cup jute leaves
- 2 cups water
- 1 large yellow onion, wedged
- 2 thumbs ginger, sliced
- ¼ cup bagoong balayan or bagoong monamon
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour water in a cooking pot, apply heat and let it boil.
- Add- in the ginger, onion, and tomatoes.
- Cover and boil in medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Pour- in the bagoong then stir.
- Add- in the ampalaya, string beans, okra, and eggplant.
- Cover and cook for 8 to 12 minutes.
- Add- in the jute leaves then stir.
- Add- in the fried fish on top.
- Cook for 3 more minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
