Inabraw Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole fried tilapia
  • 12 pcs string beans, cut into 2 inch length
  • 4 pcs eggplant, halved
  • 8 pcs okra
  • 1 medium ampalaya, cored and sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, wedged
  • 1 cup jute leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 large yellow onion, wedged
  • 2 thumbs ginger, sliced
  • ¼ cup bagoong balayan or bagoong monamon

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Pour water in a cooking pot, apply heat and let it boil.
  2. Add- in the ginger, onion, and tomatoes.
  3. Cover and boil in medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Pour- in the bagoong then stir.
  5. Add- in the ampalaya, string beans, okra, and eggplant.
  6. Cover and cook for 8 to 12 minutes.
  7. Add- in the jute leaves then stir.
  8. Add- in the fried fish on top.
  9. Cook for 3 more minutes.
  10. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
