INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup fresh miki noodles
- 1/4 cup pork shoulder, diced
- 1/4 cup chicken breast, boiled, diced
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp atsuete oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp onion, minced
- 2 stalks green onion, cut into 1-inch pcs (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp garlic chips, fried (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the oil in a cooking pot.
- When hot enough, sauté the garlic until golden brown.
- Add- in the onions and cook until translucent.
- Add- in the pork shoulder and cook until tender.
- Add- in the atsuete oil and chicken breast.
- Add- in the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
- Add- in the miki noodles and lower heat to a simmer.
- Cook until noodles are tender and soup has thickened.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to serving bowls and top with green onions and crunchy garlic. Enjoy!
