INGREDIENTS:
- 2 kg smoked boneless ham
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
HOW TO COOK:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C.
- Unwrap the ham and rinse under cold running water.
- Place on a rack set on top of a roasting pan.
- Cover the ham with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
For the Honey Glaze:
- Simmer the ingredients in a sauce pan over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour tje glaze over ham and continue roasting for 20 minutes more, basting at least twice with the ham drippings in the roasting pan.
- The ham is done when it registers 160 F or 70 C on a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part.
- Remove ham from oven, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes to allow the juices to set.
- Serve at room temperature. Enjoy!
