INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs spare ribs, chopped into 3 to 4 inches
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, pounded
HOW TO COOK:
- In a bowl, combine honey, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and garlic then stir and mix well.
- Place the spare ribs in another bowl then pour- in the mixture.
- Coat the ribs with the mixture and marinate for at least 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F or 177 C.
- Arrange the marinated spare ribs in a baking tray, baste with a little olive oil, then bake for 35 minutes.
- Turn off the oven then transfer the spare ribs on a serving plate.
- Serve with java rice. Enjoy!
