INGREDIENTS:
- 8 tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 to 6 red or green chili peppers, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 handful cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice from 2 lemons or lime
- ¼ tsp brown or white sugar
- Salt, to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
- In a medium bowl, mix onion and lemon or lime juice.
- Add the diced tomatoes, peppers, cilantro and sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves.
- Once the sugar dissolves, cover the top of the bowl with cling wrap.
- Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Transfer a portion to a serving bowl and serve with Nachos or Potato Chips. Enjoy!
