Salsa Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 to 6 red or green chili peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 handful cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice from 2 lemons or lime
  • ¼ tsp brown or white sugar
  • Salt, to taste

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix onion and lemon or lime juice.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, peppers, cilantro and sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves.
  3. Once the sugar dissolves, cover the top of the bowl with cling wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Transfer a portion to a serving bowl and serve with Nachos or Potato Chips. Enjoy!
