INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g garlic, peeled
- 250 g red or green chili, stem removed
- 3 pcs star anise
- 500 ml olive oil (or vegetable cooking oil)
HOW TO MAKE:
- Place the garlic, chili, star anise, and the oil in a blender.
- Run the blender on high- speed and continue blending until all ingredients turns into a thick paste.
- Pour this thick paste on a non- stick pan.
- Apply high heat and cook until the color turns golden brown.
- Let it cool then transfer it into clean sealed bottles.
- Consume with your favorite dish like siomai or save for later. Enjoy!
