INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, sweetened
- 1/2 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 2/3 cup powdered milk
HOW TO MAKE:
- Combine the melted chocolate and peanut butter in a large bowl.
- Stir with a spatula until well mixed.
- Add- in the milk powder then stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a frying pan then cook over low heat.
- Cook the mixture and stir constantly using a spatula for around 5 minutes (be careful not to scorch it).
- Once the mixture looks dry and is heated through, transfer to a bowl and spread mixture into an even layer to speed up cooling.
- Once cool enough to handle, spoon crumbled mixture into ice cube trays with long molds.
- Press down with your fingers to completely fill each mold.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bite-sized pieces and wrapping in parchment or wax paper.
- Consume or store in airtight containers for later. Enjoy!
Note: For best results, cover lightly and let it stand at room temperature overnight to dry the candies further.
