INGREDIENTS:
- 12 oz raw shrimp paste
- 4 oz pork (with fat), sliced
- 1 medium- sized tomato, diced
- 3 tsp vinegar
- 1 small onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 & ½ tablespoons sugar
HOW TO MAKE:
- Place the pork in a pan.
- Heat and sear the pork until the oil comes out.
- Add- in the garlic, onion, and tomato then sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add- in the raw shrimp paste, sugar, and vinegar then stir.
- Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes (stir once in awhile).
- Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.
- Allow to cool and serve or place in a jar to consume later. Enjoy!
