INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 kg ground pork
- 2 pcs medium sized sayote, peeled and sliced in about 1 inch length
- 1 pc medium sized tomato, chopped
- 1 pc medium sized onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic, tomato, and onion then cook until the onion is translucent
- Add- in the ground pork.
- Add- in the salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until ground pork is slightly brown.
- Add some water and the sayote.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes or until the sayote is cooked.
- Season as needed.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
