INGREDIENTS:
- ½ lb ground pork
- 1 lb green Baguio beans, chopped ¾ inch length
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 & ½ tbsp shrimp paste
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, minced
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 3 pcs chili, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour the cooking oil in a pan and heat.
- When the oil is hot, sauté the garlic and onion.
- Add- in the ground pork and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until color turns medium brown.
- Add- in the ground black pepper, shrimp paste, and chili then stir.
- Add- in the coconut milk and let it boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add- in the Baguio beans and cook for 5 to 7 minutes while stirring gradually.
- Remove from heat and transfer to serving plate.
- Serve with white rice. Enjoy!
