INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (12 oz) tuna in water
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 pc lime
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
HOW TO COOK:
- Open the canned tuna and discard the water.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan.
- Once the oil gets hot, saute the onion for 1 minute.
- Add the tuna and continue to saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour the chicken broth in the pan and stir.
- Cover and cook in medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates (you can add more broth if needed).
- Add the parsley, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Lastly, squeeze the lime over the Ginisang Tuna and stir.
- Transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
