INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb pork, sliced into small pieces
- ¼ lb pork liver, diced
- 4 pcs hotdogs, sliced crosswise
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 medium- sized carrot, cubed
- 1 medium- sized potato, cubed
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 & ½ cups water
- 1 Knorr pork cube
- 1 medium- sized onion, chopped
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp white sugar
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour and heat 2 tbsp of the cooking oil in a pot.
- Once the oil gets hot enough, sauté half of the onion until it gets soft.
- Add- in the pork liver and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from the pot and set aside.
- On the same pot, heat the remaining oil.
- When the oil gets hot enough, sauté the remaining onion and garlic.
- Add- in the sliced pork and continue to cook in medium heat while stirring for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add- in the hotdogs and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour- in the tomato sauce and stir.
- Add- in the water then let it boil.
- Add- in the raisins and beef cube and stir.
- Cover and cook in low heat for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Add- in the sautéed liver then cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add- in the carrots and potatoes and stir.
- Cover, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes in medium heat.
- Add- in the sugar then season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
