INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cups rice
- 5 young coconut
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt and a pinch of anise (optional)
HOW TO MAKE:
- Soak the rice in water in a large bowl for 3 to 5 hours.
- Blend it slowly with just a little water taken from the stock to make a sticky consistency of a ground rice.
- Add- in the sugar and young coconut at the same time.
- Add- in the baking powder and mix.
- Wrap the mixture in banana leaves like an ice cream cone.
- Cook for 1 hour. Remove from heat and enjoy!
